| Morning active butcher in Gusngzhou, China. It is traditional that the butchers will leave the chickens cut open with borken eggs inside. The purpose is to show that the chicken is fresh. Even with the recent bird flu outbreak, no one bothers to question the sanitation to leaving open eggs on raw chicken on the side of the street for everyone to walk by and purchase. |
